Refund Policy

2) Non-Refundable Items

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to promopulse These Terms govern your use of the promopulse affiliate marketing platform and services. By registering as an affiliate or advertiser, you agree to these Terms.

1) Definitions

  • Affiliate / Publisher A partner promoting advertiser offers using tracking links.
  • Advertiser A business promoting products through affiliates.
  • Platform The promopulse dashboard and affiliate tracking system.

2) Acceptable Use

Users must not:
  1. Send spam or misleading promotions
  2. Generate fake traffic or conversions
  3. Promote illegal content
  4. Use bots or fraudulent activities
  5. Accounts violating these rules may be suspended or permanently terminated.

3) Affiliate Payments

Affiliates earn commissions based on campaign results such as:

  • Cost Per Lead (CPL)
  • Cost Per Sale (CPS)
  • Cost Per Install (CPI)
  • Cost Per Action (CPA)

Note: Payments are processed according to the payout schedule defined in the affiliate dashboard.

4) Fraud Prevention

Fraudulent activity may result in account suspension and withheld earnings.

18) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Kanpur have exclusive jurisdiction.
